These Terms & Conditions govern your use of torqonx.com and purchases from Torqonx. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, comply with law, or maintain website security.

Products and Intended Use

We sell electric dirt bikes, e-motos, parts, accessories, and related products. Product images, specifications, ranges, speeds, weights, charging times, and performance figures are provided for general comparison. Actual performance can vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, battery condition, configuration, maintenance, riding style, and local restrictions.

Some vehicles are designed primarily for off-road, competition, or private-property use and may not be legal for public-road use in every location. You are responsible for checking age limits, licensing, registration, insurance, equipment, import, and use requirements that apply where the product will be operated.

Safety and Responsible Operation

Electric motorcycles and high-powered e-bikes can cause serious injury, death, or property damage if used incorrectly. Riders must follow the manufacturer’s manual, warnings, maintenance schedule, charging instructions, weight limits, and recommended protective-equipment requirements. Always use an approved helmet and appropriate riding equipment, supervise minors, and operate only in locations where use is permitted.

Do not modify, bypass, or misuse safety systems, battery-management systems, chargers, speed controls, or structural components. Use only compatible chargers, batteries, and replacement parts. Damage or loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, racing outside a product’s intended purpose, improper storage, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or failure to maintain the product may not be covered by warranty, subject to mandatory law.

Prices, Availability, and Errors

Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown when applicable at checkout or in a written quote. If a website error materially affects an order, we may correct it and ask you to confirm the revised order or cancel and refund the affected payment.

Adding an item to a cart or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not guarantee availability or acceptance. An order is accepted when Torqonx confirms acceptance or dispatches the product, depending on applicable law. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, export restrictions, delivery limitations, or legal requirements. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment and Verification

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected for the amounts shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, payment authorization, delivery address, or compliance for a high-value order. Do not send complete card details through email or contact forms.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Shipping destinations, charges, delivery estimates, inspections, customs responsibilities, and failed-delivery rules are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk and ownership transfer according to the delivery terms stated at checkout and applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return eligibility, procedures, exclusions, costs, and refunds are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Warranty and Support

Products may be covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty described on the product page, warranty documentation, or order materials. Warranty scope and duration can differ by brand, component, model, country, and intended use. Contact us with your order number, product serial number, description, photographs or video, and relevant diagnostic information so we can assess the appropriate support route.

A commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not interfere with website operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy substantial content without permission; misuse checkout, promotions, reviews, or accounts; impersonate another person; or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, Torqonx branding, original text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Torqonx and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Brand names, product images, and materials belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred by website access.

The website may use or link to payment, shipping, analytics, social-media, financing, mapping, or other third-party services. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product performance estimates are not guarantees of a particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torqonx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, supply interruption, government action, conflict, epidemic, network failure, or dangerous-goods restrictions. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate material delays.

Changes and Severability

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version in effect when an order is accepted normally applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
