Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Torqonx handles order processing, delivery estimates, international shipments, and delivery issues for electric dirt bikes, e-motos, parts, and accessories purchased through torqonx.com.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and any information needed to complete the order has been verified. High-value orders may require additional identity, address, payment, or availability checks. If further information is required, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.
Product availability and estimated dispatch timing may vary by model, configuration, battery classification, destination, and carrier capacity. Any processing or dispatch estimate shown on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation, or provided by our support team is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.
Shipping Destinations and Methods
Free shipping: Free shipping is available to delivery addresses in the United States, all 27 European Union member countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. No minimum order amount or free-shipping coupon is required. Eligible addresses will show Free shipping at checkout.
We ship only to destinations that are available during checkout or expressly confirmed by Torqonx. Some electric vehicles and lithium batteries are regulated as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by every carrier or to every location. We may therefore use specialist freight services, request additional documentation, or decline a destination that cannot be served safely or lawfully.
Available shipping methods, charges, and any included delivery services are shown at checkout or confirmed in writing before the order is accepted. Large products may arrive by freight delivery and may require the recipient to be present, provide identification, or assist with a scheduled delivery appointment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. They do not include delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, dangerous-goods procedures, weather, peak demand, carrier disruption, remote-area service, incorrect address information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
We will provide tracking or shipment information when it is available. Tracking events can take time to appear and may not be available for every stage of a freight shipment.
Address and Delivery Access
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address, telephone number, and any access details needed for a large shipment. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the carrier and that an authorized adult is available when required. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, missed appointment, restricted access, storage, redelivery, or refusal may be passed on to the customer except where the issue was caused by our error or applicable law provides otherwise.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders crossing a border may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs processing fees, registration requirements, or local charges. Checkout, the product page, or your written order quote will indicate when such charges are included. When they are not expressly included, the recipient is responsible for them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for checking local import, registration, licensing, and use requirements before ordering. A delay caused by customs does not by itself make an order lost or cancelled.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible. If packaging is visibly damaged, note the damage with the carrier before signing where possible. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected product, and keep all packaging materials.
Report shipping damage, missing items, or an incorrect product through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery so we can preserve carrier claims and assist quickly. This reporting period does not limit any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded.
Failed, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated missed delivery, refusal, unpaid import charges, or failure to provide required documentation, reasonable return, storage, customs, and redelivery costs may be deducted from any refund or charged again, except where the failure resulted from our error, a defective product, or rights that apply under mandatory law.
Loss, Risk, and Delivery Confirmation
Risk of loss and ownership transfer in accordance with the delivery terms stated at checkout and applicable consumer law. A carrier scan or signature is evidence of delivery but does not remove rights available for proven loss, damage, or non-delivery.
Returns and Contact
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. For delivery questions, address corrections, or shipment issues, contact Torqonx through our Contact page and include your order number.
